you will need:
- 3 figs
- 1/2 cups crushed peanuts
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 whole seed pads arugula microgreens
step one: cut your figs into quarters. sear them on a pan for 30 seconds on each side.
step two: in a large salad bowl, add the arugula, arugula microgreens, figs, and crushed peanuts in the respective order.
step three: drizzle with a balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy!
