Harvest: How do I harvest my microgreens?
To harvest microgreens, use a sharp and clean pair of scissors or a clean knife to cut the stems just above base. Make sure to harvest when the plants are still small and young, usually when they are about 1-3 inches tall, depending on the variety. Rinse the harvested microgreens gently in cool water and dry them with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge or use them immediately.
