Temperature: Does it matter if the room in which the ingarden is located is ventilated in winter and the temperature drops briefly?
Microgreens are quite robust and can tolerate the normal fluctuations in room temperature that can occur when airing the room in winter. Just make sure that the plants are not exposed to direct cold draughts and that the temperature does not drop too low for too long. A brief drop in temperature to 62 degrees, followed by a warming up to 73 degrees, should not have a negative effect on the microgreens.
