you will need:
- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- 1 red onion, slices
- handful of mint, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese
- 2 cups salad greens
- 1 whole seed pad arugula microgreens
for the dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 tbsp honey
preparation:
