You will need:
200g chicken breasts (or silken tofu)
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup cooking cream
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup vegetable broth
Salt & pepper
- Season your chicken breasts or tofu with your favorite seasonings on both sides (we used salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.)
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large pan over medium heat. Sear your chicken (or tofu) until golden on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the heat. In the same pan add another tsp of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and cooking cream. Return the chicken to the pan and cook in the sauce for another 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
