2 servings, 30 minutes

You will need:

Preparation:

  1. Season your chicken breasts or tofu with your favorite seasonings on both sides (we used salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.)
  2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large pan over medium heat. Sear your chicken (or tofu) until golden on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat. In the same pan add another tsp of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and cooking cream. Return the chicken to the pan and cook in the sauce for another 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and your favorite ingarden mustard microgreens.
