4 shots, 10 minutes

You will need:

  • 1 cup orange, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup lemon, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup of ginger, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 whole seed pads ingarden red cabbage microgreens

 

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until combined. 
  2. Add water according to desired consistency.
  3. Run the juice through a strainer to avoid any lumps.
  4. Serve immediately in shot glasses or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
