Shipping is free from $50
Yes, you're the boss! Cancel after the first delivery or make a new habit out of it. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account or writing to us. We'll send you a notification before each delivery so you have plenty of time to adjust your order. Need help? Just write to us at info.us@ingarden.com.
We want to make sure you have as much control as possible over your membership! You can:
1. change the frequency of your shipments
2. Move the next shipping date of your order to any date of your choice
3. Add or swap flavors and products
4. Add one-off products with a special discount ;)
5. Change your shipping address, etc.
All these options can be managed via your account or via email: info.us@ingarden.com.
We designed the refill packs to last one person a month. Since then, we have conducted regular surveys to find out how long a refill pack really lasts on average.
Based on these results, we have set the following default settings:
- One pack lasts one month.
- Two packs cover two months.
- Three packs last for two and a half months.
- Four packs equal three months.
- Five packs last four months.
- Six packs last for five months.
You can adjust the delivery schedule (pause, skip, receive earlier, etc.) at any time in your account after you have subscribed.

Your card will be charged on the day of membership renewal (e.g. every 4 weeks) and your order will be shipped within 2-4 days.
If you cancel your subscription, you will automatically lose your entitlement to all future gifts.
