Smoothie Bowl Recipe

- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup bananas
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- one whole seed pad broccoli microgreens
- broccoli microgreens
Step One: Add the pineapple chunks, bananas, coconut cream and milk, honey, and microgreens into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Step two: Serve in a glass or the pineapple shell. Top with granola, berries, and microgreens before serving.
