You will need:

1/2 cup fresh spinach

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup raw cashew

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small lemon, juiced

Salt & pepper

8 pieces round tortilla bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Two whole seed pads ingarden radish superfoods
Preparation:
- Add the spinach, ingarden radish microgreens, garlic cloves, cashew, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a blender. Mix until well combined into a paste.
- Spread the green paste onto each of the tortilla bread. Add the shredded cheese and fold every 2 tortillas together.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the tortillas on each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while hot.
