You will need:

Preparation:

  1. Add the spinach, ingarden radish microgreens, garlic cloves, cashew, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a blender. Mix until well combined into a paste. 
  2. Spread the green paste onto each of the tortilla bread. Add the shredded cheese and fold every 2 tortillas together. 
  3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the tortillas on each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while hot.
