you will need:
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 avocado
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups mix leafy greens
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, crushed
- one whole seed pad radish microgreens
- balsamic vinaigrette
step one: glaze carrots with honey and roast in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
