you will need:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ green chili, minced
- ¼ head of broccoli, chopped
- ¼ cup of green peas
- 1 egg
- ½ cup pre-cooked and chilled rice
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 spring onion, minced
- 1 seed pad of radish microgreens
preparation:
step one: turn your skillet to medium high heat and pour sesame oil into the bottom of your skillet and add the garlic, chili, broccoli, and peas. fry this until tender.
step two: slide the veggies to the side. pour the egg onto the other side. use a spatula to scramble the egg. mix it together with the veggies.
step three: add the rice and combine it with the veggie and egg mixture. pour the sesame seeds and soy sauce on top and stir until it is heated throughout.
step four: turn off the heat and fold in green onions and red cabbage microgreens right before serving.
