Salad Recipe

Ingredients (adjust to your likings)

  • orange slices

  • burrata cheese

  • red onion slices

  • almond slivers

  • fresh mint leaves

  • olive oil (optional, for seasoning)

  • lemon juice (optional, for seasoning)

  • salt and pepper (optional, for seasoning)

  • kale microgreens

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk toegether the olive oil, lemon juice, red onion and salt and pepper.

  2. Place Burrata on a serving platter and add sliced oranges over the top or around.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the cheese and oranges. Sprinkle with almonds, fresh mint leaves and kale microgreens. Serve immediately!
