Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk toegether the olive oil, lemon juice, red onion and salt and pepper.
- Place Burrata on a serving platter and add sliced oranges over the top or around.
- Drizzle the dressing over the cheese and oranges. Sprinkle with almonds, fresh mint leaves and kale microgreens. Serve immediately!
