you will need:

  • 2 cups arugula leaves
  • 1 medium red apple, sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • maple dijon vinaigrette
  • one whole seed pad ingarden mustard microgreens


step one: in a large salad bowl, add your arugula (or kale) leaves. drizzle with the maple dijon vinaigrette and massage the dressing into the greens.

step two: add the slices apple, cubed feta cheese, and walnuts

step three: top with ingarden mustard microgreens. mix well and enjoy!
