you will need:
50g linguini pasta
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper
½ cup chopped broccoli
2 cloves garlic, diced
½ cup green peas
½ tsp ginger
salt & pepper
handful of ingarden arugula microgreens
for the sauce:
½ cup of vegetable broth
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp cornstarch
step one: cook pasta in salted water until al dente
step two: slice veggies into similar sized slices
step three: heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and sautee your garlic, ginger, and onions. add your remaining veggies and mix.
step four: to prepare the sauce, simply add all the ingredients and mix well. add your sauce to the sauteed vegetables and mix until the sauce thickens.
step five: add your linguine pasta and mix.
step six: serve with sesame seeds and arugula microgreens.
