tropical green smoothie

tropical green smoothie
1 serving, 5 minutes 

you will need: 

1 cup frozen mangos

1 cup frozen bananas

1 cup pineapples

1 cup baby spinach

2 oranges, juiced

1 whole seed pad arugula microgreens

 

preparation: 

step one: prepare your fruit by cutting them up into equal sized chunks. you can either use ready frozen fruit or cut up your fresh fruit and freeze for an hour before blending. 

step two: add all ingredients to a blender and mix until consistent. enjoy!
