spring salad

this spring salad just might be our easiest and quickest recipe!

 

1 to 2 servings, 10 minutes

.

for the salad you will need:

1 cup or more of microgreens of your choice (we used arugula) 
1 bag of mixed salad
1 orange cut into small pieces
1 small pack of feta cheese
1 beetroot cut into small pieces
1/4 cup of walnuts

for the dressing you will need:

1 tbsp. cold-pressed olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove chopped garlic (optional)
a dash of salt and pepper

 

step one: firstly, chop and toss all the salad ingredients together in a big bowl.

step two: add and shake the ingredients for the dressing in a lidded jar. dress, toss, and serve!
