You will need:
2 cups of tomatoes
2 tbsp of arugula microgreens
2 tbsp of fresh basil
3 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Step one: wash and cut tomatoes into chunks
Step two: combine all ingredient into large bowl and toss to combine
