microgreen spinach feta dip

 

2 portions, 5 minutes

you will need:

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup cream cheese (or vegan alternative)

½ cup feta cheese (or vegan alternative)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp honey

½ cup chopped cilantro

½ cup microgreens (we used radish)

preparation:

step one: in a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, feta cheese, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and honey. mix until well combined

step two: mix in the chopped spinach, cilantro, and microgreens. 

step three: chill for at least one hour. serve with veggies, crackers, or toasted bread.
