green goddess microgreen zoodles by ingarden

2 portions, 15 minutes

you will need:

½ cucumber

½ zucchini

5 cups of baby spinach

½ organic lime slice

½ garlic clove

½ avocado

1 handful of microgreens

salt and pepper

a handful of microgreens (we used arugula which can be found in our energy booster eco pack)

 

preparation:

step one: wash cucumber and zucchini. cut into vegetable noodles with a spiralizer.

step two: wash the baby spinach and deseed and peel the avocado.

step three: place the spinach, lime, garlic clove, avocado and microgreens in a blender. mix to a creamy dressing. season with salt and pepper.
