for the sandwich you will need:
2 slices sourdough bread
cream cheese (or substitute with vegan cream cheese)
vegetables of your choice
tartare sauce (or use vegan mayo as an alternative)
1 cup of microgreens of your choice (we used mustard for added spice!)
