35 minute preparation 

you will need: 

3 cups of frozen strawberries
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup honey
1 pad of ingarden kale microgreens

preparation: 

step one: add your strawberries and honey to a pot and mix over medium heat until it starts boiling. remove all excess foam.

step two: after 30 minutes on the heat, add your microgreens to the strawberry mix. 

step three: refrigerate in a tight sealed jar and enjoy over your toast, with oats, or with your favorite fruits!
