you will need:

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese (or vegan alternative)
  • ½ cup feta cheese (or vegan alternative)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup microgreens (we used radish)

preparation:

step one: in a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, feta cheese, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and honey. mix until well combined

step two: mix in the chopped spinach, cilantro, and microgreens. 

step three: chill for at least one hour. serve with veggies, crackers, or toasted bread.
