you will need:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • Fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • one whole seed pad arugula microgreens



step one: add the coconut milk, coconut cream, lemon, mint, honey, and microgreens to a blender. blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.

step two: transfer to a bowl and freeze for 3-4 hours.

step three: serve with your favorite toppings!
