250 grams halloumi cheese, cut up into slices
4 large flour tortillas
¼ cup greek yogurt
1 tomato, diced
¼ cup arugula leaves
one whole seedpad ingarden arugula microgreens
- Slice up the halloumi cheese into equal sized parts. Brush a pan with olive oil and sear the halloumi on low-medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Warm the tortilla bread according to package directions.
