Ingredients: 
  • 250 grams halloumi cheese, cut up into slices

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • ¼ cup greek yogurt

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ¼ cup arugula leaves

  • Balsamic glaze

  • one whole seedpad ingarden arugula microgreens

Preparation:
  1. Slice up the halloumi cheese into equal sized parts. Brush a pan with olive oil and sear the halloumi on low-medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 
  2. Warm the tortilla bread according to package directions. 
  3. Spread the greek yogurt over the middle of the tortilla. Add the arugula leaves, tomatoes, halloumi cheese, microgreens, and balsamic glaze to one side of the tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortilla bread and serve while the halloumi is still soft and warm.
