1 portion, 5 minutes

you will need:

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup of ginger
  • 3 tbsp of kale microgreens
  • 1 stalk of lemon balm
  • 1 cup of water


step one: place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
