.Ingredients:
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- cream cheese (or substitute with vegan cream cheese)
- vegetables of your choice
- tartare sauce (or use vegan mayo as an alternative)
- sunflower seeds
- pistachios
- 1 cup of microgreens of your choice (we used mustard for added spice!)
Preparation:
