You will need:
- 1 1/4 cups of soaked cashew nuts
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1/2 a lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cucumber
- handfull of microgreens of your choosing (we used broccoli and red cabbage)
step one: let the cashews soak overnight
step two: drain the water from the nuts
step three: grate cucumber into fine pieces
step four: combine all ingredients, except the microgreens, into a blender and mix until creamy.
step five: fold in microgreens into the dip and enjoy with your favorite veggies or chips!
