You will need:
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice, we used macadamia nut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
- 2 tablespoons almond butter, smooth
- 1 tablespoon 100% cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Very small pinch of salt
- ½ seed pad of kale or red cabbage microgreens
Preparation:
Step one: place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
