  • 2 medium roasted beetroots 

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Two whole seed pads ingarden radish microgreens

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Place roasted beetroots, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, salt, pepper, and a single seedpad of InGarden radish microgreens into a food processor.

  2. Blend the ingredients until a creamy consistency is achieved. If necessary, add water gradually to reach your preferred texture.

  3. Store the mixture in the refrigerator for up to five days, or enjoy it immediately as a delectable spread on toast or crackers. Garnish with ingarden radish microgreens for an extra burst of flavor and freshness.
