1 loaf à 6 servings, 55 minutes

ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups of flour
  • two whole seed pads ingarden kale superfoods

preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease and flour your loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash your ripe bananas with a fork. Pro tip: if you have unripe bananas and want to make banana bread, add your bananas to an air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 356 °F.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until smooth. Make sure to chop your ingarden superfoods using a food processor to maintain consistency.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and cook for 45 minutes at 390°F. To check if your banana bread is ready, insert a toothpick into the loaf, if it comes out clean, it’s ready. Let cool completely before serving.
